As everyone’s ear anatomy is unique, we are unfortunately unable to provide accurate sizing recommendations based on photos or general piercing placement guidelines.
Earrings are sized by diameter/post length and also gauge. Several factors will influence the size required including the thickness of your cartilage and the exact position of your piercing.
If you're buying for a new piercing and do not know your sizing, speak to your piercer for advice so that you can be confident before purchasing.

Our website has a "Wishlist" feature so if there is a special occasion coming up, why not ask your loved one to send you some helpful hints?
If you would prefer to keep it as a complete surprise, buying cartilage jewellery for someone else can be tricky if you don't know their sizes. Our team are always on hand to help with suggestions, but please bare in mind that we aren't able to accept returns on earrings that don't fit.
For complete peace of mind, we would recommend one of our gift vouchers which are delivered instantly by email.
Our internally threaded labret studs have a flat heart-shaped disc at the end of the earring post and thread through from the back of the ear with a front fastening stud.
Our screw back stud earrings also come with a heart-shaped back but it screws onto the end of the earring post at the back.
Both styles are designed for 24/7 comfort and perfect for cartilage piercings. We always recommend having your new jewellery fitted by an experienced piercer.
For hygiene reasons, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges of our pierced earrings unless faulty. Our charms and accessories can be returned within 14 days.
All of our earrings are crafted with responsibly sourced solid gold, chosen because of its resistance to rust, corrosion, and hypoallergenic qualities - perfect for cartilage earrings that you may change less frequently than those in your lobes.
Pure gold (24k gold) is too soft for everyday wear, so jewellery is made from gold alloyed with other materials. We make all our jewellery with 9k or 14k solid gold and use a mixture of silver, copper, and a trace of zinc for strength and durability, we never use nickel.
Currently, we only sell online on our own website. However, we are planning on some pop up events in the future - watch this space!
