International shipping

Ordering from the EU

From 1 January 2021 customers ordering from the EU may be subject to taxes and charges due to Brexit.

Please note for orders to the EU we now include duties and taxes in the total checkout cost. This should cover all the costs customers have to pay. The customer is responsible for any additional fees incurred in their country.

We recommend you contact your local postal or customs office for more information on the rules and fees that may apply to your country.

Please provide us with a complete shipping address. We will not accept responsibility for undelivered or lost packages due to an incomplete address.

On occasion, shipping companies experience shipping delays due to harsh weather conditions, customs load, post office strike, etc. Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds due to unexpected shipping delays.

International orders - outside the EU and UK.

International orders will be shipped via DHL.

We will happily ship to any country in the world using tracked post wherever possible. For some countries we have been unable to find a suitable tracked service, which can result in delays to delivery.  Please get in touch if you would like more information about delivery to your country.

Undelivered orders

Tracking information is sent via email at the point of shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to track their order in transit, LAURA BOND does not receive updates on delivery status. Please email us within 30 days of the date of dispatch if you believe your order has been lost in transit. Failure to do so may result in us being unable to offer compensation for your lost order.

Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes, or fail to collect your parcel from post office, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee and any taxes charged to LAURA BOND. Please note that the delivery address cannot be amended once an order has been dispatched. The customer is responsible for any new postage or shipping fees incurred if a package is shipped for a second time due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout.
