Returns and exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges of our earrings. Earring charms and jewellery boxes can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. Please email us at email@example.com to organise a return.

We detail the dimensions of our jewellery on each product page as well as a selection of images on ear models so customers can see the earrings being worn.
Cartilage and ear anatomy varies in size, we cannot accept returns of earrings that do not fit the intended piercing, It is the responsibility of the customer to check sizing is appropriate before purchasing. If you are not sure what size you require, we would recommend checking with a piercer or measuring the jewellery you currently wear. If you are purchasing a gift for someone and are not sure which size is required, you may prefer to buy a gift voucher.

We cannot accept responsibility for lost jewellery. We recommend that all of our jewellery is fitted by an experienced piercer so that it is fitted securely. Please take care not to loosen your earrings when cleaning piercings.
All of our jewellery comes with our 6 month manufacturing warranty. Please note the warranty does not cover damage arisen from normal wear and tear, accidents or misuse by the customer such as jewellery which has become bent or damaged after purchase. Please note that most of our earrings are sold as singles and warranty claims are not extended to any matching items from the same order.
Our dainty jewellery is made with solid gold and should handled with care. If you are not confident in changing your jewellery, we would always recommend visiting a reputable piercer to have it fitted.

Faulty or defective pieces
Our small team pack all of our orders and we have a strict quality control process. We pride ourselves on the quality of our jewellery and hope that you will be very happy with your purchase, however, please email us immediately at email@example.com quoting your order number if there is anything you aren't satisfied with.
