Returns

Earring and body jewellery returns

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of our earrings and body jewellery.

Ring, necklace and charm returns

We accept returns of our rings, necklaces and charms within 14 days of receiving your order if they are in unworn, resalable condition with no scratches. Please get in touch with us at help@laurabond.co.uk to organise a return. Please note the customer if responsible for the cost of the return postage.

Warranty

Faulty or defective pieces

Our small team pack all of our orders and we have a strict quality control process. We pride ourselves on the quality of our jewellery and hope that you will be very happy with your purchase. However, please email us immediately quoting your order number and including images and video (where possible) if there is anything you aren't satisfied with.

12 month warranty

All of our jewellery comes with our 12 month manufacturing warranty. Please note the warranty does not cover damage arisen from normal wear and tear, accidents or misuse by the customer such as jewellery which has become bent or damaged after purchase. Please note that most of our earrings are sold as singles and warranty claims are not extended to any matching items from the same order.

Our dainty jewellery is made with solid gold and should handled with care. If you are not confident in changing your earrings or body jewellery, we would always recommend visiting a reputable piercer to have it fitted. We do not recommend using piercing tools to fit our jewellery as this can damage/dent the gold.

Sizing

We detail the dimensions of our earrings and body jewellery on each product page as well as a selection of images on models so customers can see the jewellery being worn.

Cartilage and ear anatomy is unique and varies in size, we cannot accept returns of earrings or body jewellery that do not fit the intended piercing. It is the responsibility of the customer to check sizing is appropriate before purchasing. If you are not sure what size you require, we would recommend checking with a piercer or measuring the jewellery you currently wear. If you are purchasing a gift for someone and are not sure which size is required, you may prefer to buy a gift voucher.

Lost Jewellery

We cannot accept responsibility for lost jewellery. We recommend that all of our earrings and body jewellery are fitted by an experienced piercer so that they are fitted securely. Please take care not to loosen your jewellery when cleaning piercings and check regularly that it is still fastened securely.
